Site Administrator Australia

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our Invincible operations, located in Western Australia.

With over 6,000 employees, the Byrnecut Group is a full-service underground mining contractor, providing services to major mine owners throughout Australia and internationally. We operate a multi-million dollar fleet of specialised underground mining equipment across multiple continents and conditions.

Duties

• Site administration duties
• Payroll administration duties
• Travel administration duties
• Purchasing administration duties
• Filing and archiving
• Liaison with management, site, and purchasing personnel
• Other duties as directed by the Project Manager

Desirable Criteria

• Pronto software experience
• INX software experience

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years experience working as a Site Administrator
• Valid Manual WA Drivers Licence
• Intermediate MS Office Suite Skills
• Customer Service Skills
• Data entry and excellent attention to detail skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and interpret and follow instructions
• Excellent time management skills in prioritising and planning workloads in order to meet strict timelines
• Maintain good relationships with other personnel
• Be pro-active and able to work autonomously
• Have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Willingness to move across various remote sites to cover periods of annual leave
