Shift Supervisor - Expat International

We are currently seeking applications from experienced Shift Supervisors to join our in Jabal Sayid, Saudi Arabia.

The Byrnecut Group is a full-service underground mining contractor, providing services to major mine owners throughout Australia and Internationally. We operate a multi-million dollar fleet of specialised underground mining equipment across multiple continents and conditions.

Requirements

• S1,2,3 or Western Australian Supervisors Tickets
• Must have a minimum 3 years experience as an Underground Shift Supervisor
• Minimum 10 years underground experience
• Excellent organisational and personnel management skills
• Sandvik Underground mining machinery experience
• A current passport
• A commitment to safe work practices
• Be self motivated and willing to liaise and interact with local cultures
• Be able and willing to live offshore for the rostered period

Duties

• Coordinate and supervise all underground personnel and ensure they're working in a safe environment, following company procedure
• Ensure all personnel are trained and correctly certificated as per Byrnecut standard
• Ensure daily workplace inspections, safety meetings, planned inspections and task observations are completed as per the site safety management plan
• Check operator mark-ups for development and ensure all production charging plans are followed
• Liaise with the Underground Foreman and the client for planning
